All trails will be groomed again this week and are in good to great shape.  If you haven't been through Two Inlets State Forest or Itasca Park this year, it is definitely worth taking a ride!

Pinehurst Stop1

On January 23 and 24, the Forest Riders Snowmobile Club held the 2nd Annual Forest Riders Snowmobile Club Ride for Hospice. Riders left the Two Inlets Country Store on Saturday at noon on their snowmobiles riding the groomed trails to the Shooting Star Casino & Hotel in Mahnomen. The club had hoped to raise more than last year’s $1,000 to benefit CHI St. Joseph’s Health Hospice Care. At the end of the ride, the club received over $3,000!

These donations make a difference to patients, families of loved ones facing this difficult stage of life. Community support ensures specialized quality hospice care close to home with an emphasis on comfort and dignity.

The club would like to thank everyone that rode either by snowmobile or drove support vehicles, and most importantly the parties that donated to this great cause! We are looking forward to the 3rd Annual Ride for Hospice in 2017!
